Savage’s Kitchen: Spanish Almond Cookie

Recipe:
1.5 lbs Organic All Vegetable Shortening
2 lbs Powdered Sugar
2 lbs unbleached flour
2 tsp ground anise
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp grind sea salt
1 Organic lemon rind, grated
2 lbs raw almonds (unstaled), ground

Mix except almonds. Mix well, then add
almonds. Make into balls about the size
of golf ball on a cookie sheet.

Cook in oven at 400° for 10 minutes.
Until light brown. Approx 80 cookies.

We have some unfortunate news to share with you all. ASL Feast Show had to canceled the NYE party due to not enough of ticket sales.
Thank you for your support to purchase tickets for the event even though it’s being canceled. We will refund all of your funds back to you within a day.

We will continue to have events for ASL Feast Show 2012. Keep an eye out for our website.
