Recipe:
1.5 lbs Organic All Vegetable Shortening
2 lbs Powdered Sugar
2 lbs unbleached flour
2 tsp ground anise
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp grind sea salt
1 Organic lemon rind, grated
2 lbs raw almonds (unstaled), ground

Mix except almonds. Mix well, then add
almonds. Make into balls about the size
of golf ball on a cookie sheet.

Cook in oven at 400° for 10 minutes.
Until light brown. Approx 80 cookies.

Need a babysitter for your children? ASL Feast Show will be providing babysitting service called “ASL Feast Jr” at location to be announced. $20 per kid.
